01
The situation

The business is ahead of the search result.

White Rock is active in commercial real estate, private equity, M&A and related ventures. As the new whiterockcre.com site is built, the content that appears on LinkedIn, X and the firm's investing-related pages is thin or absent.

The immediate gap is not the website. It is the ongoing stream of content that makes the principals and the firm look current, active and worth following before a second conversation.

We do not build or manage the website. We work alongside the site build, supplying social copy, executive content and creative assets that can be posted directly and loaded into the new site.

We will not chase vanity impressions. The goal is to make the firm's public social presence match the operation behind it.

02
Three phases

Establish presence, then visibility, then authority.

The program is sequential. Each phase creates the asset base the next phase needs.

PhaseGoalWhat changes
Phase 1 | Establish PresenceMake White Rock, Shiv and Simran easy to find and consistent on LinkedIn and X.Executive profiles, foundational content, social calendar, creative templates.
Phase 2 | Build VisibilityGet the name seen at a larger scale through consistent posting, paid social and higher-reach creative.LinkedIn and X content series, paid amplification, deal storytelling, short-form video.
Phase 3 | Own the ConversationBecome a regular voice on PE, M&A, CRE and alternative assets through owned content.Recurring newsletter or long-form column, event content, founder commentary.
03
Two options

Both include Phase 0. The difference is content volume and social reach.

Phase 0 is a four-week content foundation sprint and is a prerequisite to either option. It sets up the social base before any visibility spend is turned on.

Option A

Foundation

USD 28,500 / month

Full six-workstream program at standard weight. Best for establishing the social baseline and proving the messaging before scaling.

  • All six workstreams in scope
  • USD 9,500 / month paid social spend included
  • One to two long-form content series per quarter
  • LinkedIn and X editorial calendar
  • Quarterly creative campaign (one big idea)
First invoice including Phase 0: USD 67,500 (Phase 0 USD 10,500 + two months at USD 28,500).
Option B | Recommended

Scale

USD 39,500 / month

Same workstreams with doubled content output and social reach. Best once the brand foundation is proven and the goal is category visibility.

  • All six workstreams in scope
  • USD 19,000 / month paid social spend included
  • Three to four long-form content series per quarter
  • Daily LinkedIn and X presence
  • Monthly creative campaign + podcast or video unit
First invoice including Phase 0: USD 89,500 (Phase 0 USD 10,500 + two months at USD 39,500).
04
Scope

Six workstreams

Everything is content-first. We build a consistent social presence before we ask for meetings.

01

Executive positioning

LinkedIn, X and bio architecture for Shiv and Simran. Consistent voice, institutional tone, founder thinking.

02

Investing-page content

Strategy-led content for the investing-related pages and social channels: market maps, deal breakdowns, sector reports. Every piece tied to a real deal or insight and shared on LinkedIn and X.

03

Content engine

Fewer, bigger pieces: market maps, deal breakdowns, sector reports. Quality over volume.

04

Social execution

Daily LinkedIn and X posts: deals, activity, projects, behind-the-scenes and founder perspective.

05

Creative & visual identity

Campaign concepts, photography direction, short-form video, property and deal storytelling assets.

06

Social analytics & reporting

Performance tracking, content scorecard, audience growth and engagement metrics across LinkedIn and X.

05
Phase 0

Prerequisite | USD 10,500 fixed

Four weeks. We set up the content foundation before any visibility campaign begins.

07
What we will not do

Boundaries that protect the brand

  • No generic daily posts for the sake of activity.
  • No paid promotion of specific investment opportunities or capital raises.
  • No finfluencer, message-board or investor-list activity.
  • No fabricated deal history, testimonials or credentials.
  • No outreach to journalists, publications or third-party platforms for coverage.

The brand must stay institutional enough for a pension fund or family office and ambitious enough to be interesting. We will not sacrifice either for cheap reach.

08
Next step

Thirty minutes, then Phase 0

We would like half an hour with Shiv and Simran to confirm the deal history we can reference, the tone that feels right, and the audiences that matter most. We will show the current social baseline and the three content gaps we would close in the first four weeks.

If that lands, Phase 0 starts at USD 10,500 and runs four weeks. The core program starts the day it clears.
